本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することで、お客様は本規約に自動的に同意したものとみなされます。アプリをご利用になる前に、内容をよくお読みください。
1. 知的財産権について
本アプリの全部または一部、および当方の商標をいかなる方法でもコピーまたは改変することは禁止されています。
アプリのソースコードの抽出を試みること、アプリを他の言語に翻訳すること、または派生版を作成することも禁止されています。
アプリ本体、およびそれに関連するすべての商標、著作権、データベース権、その他の知的財産権は、引き続き Hironori Sugiyama に帰属します。
2. アプリの変更およびサービス提供
当方は、アプリをより有益で効率的なものにするため、いつでも、いかなる理由においても、アプリの変更やサービスの有料化を行う権利を留保します。
ただし、何に対して料金を支払うのかを明確に提示することなく、アプリやサービスの手数料を請求することはありません。
3. データ保護と端末のセキュリティ
本アプリ『塗り絵メーカー』は、サービスの提供を目的として、お客様から提供された個人データを保存・処理します。
スマートフォンのセキュリティおよびアプリへのアクセス管理は、お客様の責任において行ってください。
当方は、端末の「ジェイルブレイク（脱獄）」や「ルート化（root化）」を行うことを推奨しません。これらはOSの制限を解除する行為であり、端末がマルウェアやウイルス、悪意のあるプログラムに対して脆弱になる可能性があるほか、セキュリティ機能が損なわれ、本アプリが正常に動作しなくなる恐れがあります。

5. 免責事項
以下の事項について、Hironori Sugiyama は一切の責任を負いません。
通信環境: アプリの一部機能にはアクティブなインターネット接続が必要です。Wi-Fiまたはモバイルネットワーク経由での接続が必要ですが、通信環境がない場所やデータ通信容量の制限によりアプリがフル機能で動作しない場合、当方は責任を負いかねます。
通信料金: Wi-Fiエリア外で利用する場合、ご利用の携帯電話会社との契約に基づき、データ通信料やその他の第三者手数料が発生することがあります。ローミング中の利用を含め、これらの費用はすべてお客様の負担となります。お客様が端末の支払い本人でない場合、当方は支払い責任者から利用許可を得ているものとみなします。
端末の管理: デバイスの充電切れなど、お客様の不注意によりサービスが利用できない場合も、責任を負いかねます。
情報の正確性: 当方は常に最新かつ正確な情報の提供に努めておりますが、第三者からの提供情報に依存している部分もあり、その情報の完全な正確性について保証するものではありません。本アプリの機能に全面的に依存した結果として生じた直接的・間接的な損失について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。
6. アップデートと終了
将来的にアプリのアップデートを行う場合があります。現在、本アプリは Android および iOS に対応していますが、各システムの要件（または今後対応するシステム）が変更される可能性があります。アプリを使い続けるには、アップデートをダウンロードしていただく必要があります。
当方は、お客様がインストールしているOSのバージョンに常に適合するようにアップデートを行うことを保証するものではありません。ただし、提供されるアップデートは必ず受け入れることをお約束ください。
また、当方は事前の通知なく、いつでもアプリの提供を終了し、利用権を停止できるものとします。終了した場合、(a) 本規約で付与されたすべての権利とライセンスは終了し、(b) お客様はアプリの利用を停止し、必要に応じて端末から削除する必要があります。
7. 本規約の変更
当方は、本規約を随時更新することがあります。変更の有無を確認するため、このページを定期的に確認することをお勧めします。規約を変更した場合は、このページに新しい規約を掲載することでお知らせいたします。

You should be aware that there are certain things that Hironori Sugiyama will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Hironori Sugiyama cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.
Along the same lines, Hironori Sugiyama cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, Hironori Sugiyama cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to Hironori Sugiyama’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. Hironori Sugiyama accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android & iOS – the requirements for the both systems(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Hironori Sugiyama does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android & iOS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
